Don the gentleman who sold us the house was awesome and was a joy to work with. He seemed very helpful and was full of good ideas. The experience of having Des as our building supervisor was really the highlight of our interactions with Perry Homes. He was prompt and professional regarding any queries we had with the build process, and very entertaining to interact with. It is largely the experience of having Des as our building supervisor (and the general build quality of the home) that I recommend Perry Homes to anyone who asks. All the tradies where very easy to get along with. Richard the tiler was great. The painters where very professional and did a great job and the electricians where nice to interact with as well.
