The process of building your dream home can sometimes be a daunting prospect. Perry Homes, are focused on ensuring each individual phase, is as streamlined as possible.

    1

    Choose Your Land

If you have not already purchased a block of land, we will be happy to offer ideas and suggestions on what would be the most suitable for your chosen Perry Homes design.

    2

    Tender & Quote

When you have your block chosen and home design finalised, we will provide you with a preliminary quote which is valid for thirty days. However this will not include site costs as they cannot be included until soil testing and contour surveys are completed.

    3

    Site Costs and Initial Deposit

Once you have approved the preliminary quote and wish to proceed, we will undertake the soil testing and survey plan. You will then be given a firm quote, for the construction of your new home which will include these site costs.

    4

Contract Signing & Balance of 5% Deposit

When you have signed your contract we will then lodge the plans for approval. This approval process can take anywhere between four and eight weeks and whilst we take every measure to expedite the process, we are unable to control this timing.

    5

    Colour Selection

This is when it really becomes exciting however this can take some time, it is best to have an idea of your colour scheme before you make an appointment with one of our colour consultants. They will help you make your final colour selection, together with all the other things that will result in your home being exactly the way you want it. This can all be done whilst your plans are being assessed.

    6

    Construction Begins

When your plans have been approved and all the relevant documentation is received, work will begin on your block. Your building supervisor will contact you and organise a meeting on site, to discuss the details of building your home and answer any questions which may arise.

    7

    Moving In

When construction is completed, you will be invited to inspect your new home with your building supervisor. You will then be given all documentation such as warranty certificates and of course the keys to your new home!
