My wife Angela and I have recently finished building with Artisan by Perry Homes. This is the second home we have built in 4 years. Our experience with Perry Homes has been nothing short of perfect. We had our own design and Artisan made it happen for us. Right from the start, they were willing to work with us and not against us. For us, this made it a comfortable process. We feel each time you build, it is your dream home and no matter how many times you build, it needs to be a contented experience. Issues and variations were always handled so well by some of the key people we worked with- John Abdullah, John Vos and Matt Roebuck. They were always calm, and so easy to work with. Nothing was too difficult. We have been extremely happy with the finish of the house and enjoyed the process. We will definitely build with Artisan by Perry Homes again.

"Professional, Approachable and Understanding"

The process of building a home is stressful, however Andy made every effort to make it less so. He was professional, approachable, understanding and went out of his way to assist with our enquiries and make changes to the plans that we found along the way. He explained things to us in terms that we could understand and advised us with issues that we were unsure about. He made sure that the home was presented immaculately to us ready for us to move into. We couldn’t have wished for a better person to have had as our supervisor.

We had contact with just about all the contractors, they were all friendly and professional and happy to answer our questions. We were able to see all aspects of the build. A massive thank you to our building supervisor, Mark. Once the building started, there wasn’t a day without significant work being carried out on our house. (We had prior knowledge of Mark’s skills and professionalism and this dew us to Perry Homes initially.) Importantly, all the trades that constituted Mark’s team were highly skilled and professional. Mark’s relationship with them produced the highest quality outcome. Mark was in constant communication with us during the build and always made himself available for any request for an inspection. His eye for detail and his patience has been greatly appreciated. We felt valued as clients by the staff at Perry Homes. Key people were invested and excited about our project. Their skillful and informed advice paid off for us. Our thanks to the team: Malcolm (esp, in the early stages for helping us formulate our original design ideas into an existing Perry plan); Luke for his advice covering a number of areas (esp’ in drafting changes that really improved our final plans) and Lisa for her colour and design advice. And of course the great work done by Mark Woods.

"Very satisfied"

The first three quarters were average. We were under the impression the build was going well but we knew little as this was our first build. There was minimal contact with the site manager at the time, it was difficult to get a timely response from him and so we would have to contact others to get answers. When the site manager changed to Brandon we were told about many issues we weren't aware of. He was excellent, he gave us expert advice, and was able to rectify the issues from the previous site manager by liaising with the contractors to get the best results. Brandon was always contactable, answering any questions we had, we wish we had Brandon from the start. We highly recommend Perry Homes, Brandon, Noel & Jackson and the rest of the sales team at Thornton and Chisholm. We love our home, it is a quality custom home at a reasonable price. 5* on Product Review

"Amazing Coffs Harbour Experience @ Perry Homes!"

From start to finish, we thoroughly enjoyed our first experience building a home! From Phil in the Sandy Beach Office helping us secure our land, decide on a design and all the little things we wanted, to PJ and Greg on the building site, we experienced excellent communication and support from Perry Homes! As we were told, every build has its hiccups, and we did have things pop up here and there such as hitting some rock during excavation and tradies not following the plan to a T (for which Perry Homes is obviously not at fault)! But at each step of the process, Perry Homes were there to communicate these issues with us, listen to us and above all make sure we were happy with the finished product! We have a beautiful home that has been built to a high quality in the guaranteed 16 week period! Thanks to Phil's amazing knack of thoroughly going through the plan prior to the build to make sure we were 100% happy before signing the contract, we actually managed to come under our expected cost for the build as we minimalised additional pop-ups along the way! We could not be happier with our experience dealing with Perry Homes Coffs Harbour! 5* Product Review
