Andrew was excellent, he was one step ahead with the build right through the whole process. Cannot fault him, he did a marvelous job for us. Made our build go very smoothly. He took pride in his work and we appreciate all the help he gave us.
This is the 6th home I have built and Andrew made this build a dream. He was always at the other end of his phone to answer any questions and sent me photos as the home progressed which I considered very helpful to me as I lived an hour away and not always able to get out to the property to see the progress. I found building this home with Andrew's input and professionalism made this the easiest build I have ever done.

I would like to convey to Perry Homes management how very pleased we were to have Andy Clewley as our site supervisor.
He did an amazing job of getting our home to completion with very few hurdles. His weekly communications were informative and well received. If we ever had a query he always answered us happily and followed through on whatever he said he would. We felt nothing was ever too much trouble for Andy to deal with.
My sister and I would like to congratulate Perry homes on employing a person like Andy, who has such a high standard of work ethics and is so approachable on a daily basis.

I would just like to personally thank Brandon who has been my building supervisor the whole way through the build of my house.
When Noel let me know I was getting a building supervisor of Brandon’s caliber and skill level I was very please and knew the house would turn out as I planned it. This whole build process has run super smoothly with very few hiccups and delays. I was so surprised with the speed and quality of the build and Brandon’s attention to detail and workmanship. Unfortunately I haven’t seen the house in person at any stage of the build due to being stuck in Western Australia and unable to fly home due to Covid. So I put a lot of trust in Brandon to make the right decision and he never let me down at all at any point of the build. In fact he rang me 2 or 3 times a week with updates and photos and went above and beyond to make sure I knew what was going on on site most days.
This has been a stressful process for me being stuck in WA and not being able to see the build at all and he has made it all so much easier answering questions, sending me updated and having a chat after hours to discuss the house and even took time out of his busy day to showing my parents through the house to let them see the finished product. They will be taking the keys on my behalf for hand over at the end of this week and I’m stoked with how the build has gone and Brandon's professionalism through the whole process.
I couldn’t have asked for a better building supervisor. If anybody at all ask who I built with I will proudly tell them Perry Homes. As they will get the house of there dreams with full support from the people who are building it unlike 95% of your competitors.

As a first time builder, it was overwhelming to understand what was involved, but Ben made the process crystal clear. Ben was patient and took in all our concerns and had a deep level of understanding with council requirements. Ben took us through many plans and he went above and beyond to help to find the right layout and the most cost-effective solution. We settled on the Malibu with an additional bedroom and couldn't be happier.
As this is our first time to build a new house, we did shop around other (7) project home companies. The ONLY reason why we select Perry home is because of Ben's professionalism and honesty. He advised us upfront what we should expect/not expect, so we know what's to expect without any surprise.
We have heard many horror stories when it comes to building, BUT not with Brandon, he was always there to answer our questions and kept us in the loop every step of the way. He sent photos of every milestone. Brandon ensured that all the building went up like clockwork and he never missed a beat. Our house went up in record time with quality and this goes to show how well Brandon knew his team of trades and organised it all so well. We would definitely build again with Perry Homes. Also, even if there is a problem (which is normal in a real life), he advises us what the problem is and with solution/plan ready.
