New Home Builder Tweed Heads Perry Homes talks to Chris Littlewood
Chris Littlewood, a consultant with Perry Homes new home builder Tweed Heads, is getting very excited. Work has started on the long awaited new display home on the Tweed Coast. Builders are now on site at Lorikeet Drive in the Fraser Cove Estate in Tweed Heads South.
We sat down to have a chat with Chris at the head office of Perry Homes a new home builder Tweed Heads. Here he gives us an insight into his role as new home consultant with Perry Homes.
Experience Matters
With a Bachelor of Business degree, Chris began working in the residential building industry over 20 years ago. “Starting as a finance lending manager for a building company, I eventually ended up preparing tenders and contracts and selling homes for over five years with that builder” said Chris. “I began as a new home sales consultant with Perry Homes over 10 years ago now. Opening displays in Pottsville and Murwillumbah in the Hundred Hills Estates for Perry Homes I saw significant growth in that area. I also loved working at the Casuarina display which was very rewarding”.

His career with new home builder Tweed Heads Perry Homes has seen Chris consistently achieve results in the Top 5. Being named as Salesperson of the Year in 2015 was an ultimate achievement for Chris. Motivated by seeing happy clients move into their new home, Chris

Also there is a great variety of floor plans to suit both flat and sloping blocks. “The recently released plans to suit the smaller blocks are proving very popular as well” said Chris.
Chris has lived and worked on the Tweed Coast for more than ten years and really loves the area. When not talking to clients, Chris loves to have a hit out at the local squash courts. “I don’t get as much time these days to play as I would like, but it is a great way to keep me fit” Chris said.
