In the Newcastle and Maitland areas of Cameron Park and Thornton, three new display homes will feature home designs which are new to the Perry Homes portfolio. Site works have already commenced on the Thornton display home which will feature one of our most popular house designs – the Malibu. This home features four bedrooms, media room, master suite with luxurious ensuite and spacious walk-in wardrobe. The gallery kitchen includes a walk-in pantry and generous storage.
Coffs Harbour NSW:
For those looking for a sea-change, our new display homes in Sandy Beach are sure to please the most discerning new home buyer. Two new home designs will be presented at this new display village in the Seacrest Estate at Sandy Beach. Tweed Heads NSW:
The planned new display home in Tweed Heads South is expected to start building as soon as they receive Council approval.
