First Home Buyer Floorplans / Investor – Malibu 21
“We have a number of plans that would be ideal for a first home buyer. We would always advise however that you plan to live in your house for at least five years, so carefully consider your space and know your budget. The Malibu 21 has proven popular for first home buyer floorplans because it affords the ideal four bedrooms and two living areas, but the overall dimension of the house sits at a comfortable 196 sq m.
“This meticulously designed plan is also perfect for an investor. In order to achieve a solid rental income, a four bedroom home works best, but you will want to keep your outlay to a minimum. As such, the comfortable size of the Malibu 21 is perfect, plus, Perry Homes’ standard inclusions are already at a high standard so you can save money by reducing the number of upgrades to the home.”
Downsizer – Genesis 19
“We have a number of clients that are looking to downsize. In our experience clients here want to reduce their overall space, but retain a number of luxuries that they have become accustomed to. Here we look at the Genesis 19 – with a lovely master suite including a walk-though robe and expansive ensuite and a convenient study nook. This three bedroom, single garage home is perfect for entertaining with a feature stack window opening from the kitchen to the outdoor terrace. Plus, there is third wash closet to the rear of the home with direct access to the garden.”
“Families need space, and the age of your children will likely influence whether you choose to have the master bedroom to the front of the home or to the rear. Here we identify two homes that would be perfect – one with zoned kids’ accommodation and one without.
