I'm extremely happy with the end results, the quailty of inclusions are great, the workmanship can't be faulted and the tradesman that I happened to meet were friendly and accommodating. Perry Homes has definitely assembled an awesome team that work well together, which is why my build was completed alot quicker than some of the other Builders in the same area, and at a lower price. The service and communication from Perry Homes during the building process has been wonderful. Ben Hancock was our sales consultant, he so great to deal with and he was so helpful when answering our questions and giving us advice to help us bring our house plans to life! We did have some issues with council pre-construction and Perry Homes was able to help us work out the best and most cost-effective way to meet their requirements. Once construction started, we were very lucky to have Brandon Calder allocated as our site supervisor. We live quite far from where we decided to build, so we were not able to visit the site, Brandon always kept us updated with lots of photos and details of how the build was progressing and was always willing to help in any way possible. We are so impressed at how quickly our house was built, just 3 months from when the slab was poured, which has allowed us to move in before Christmas! It has been a great experience to see our dream home come together, so glad we decided to build with Perry Homes!

After being stuffed around by a previous builder and looking through hundreds of floor plans from other builders, I was so happy when Ben showed me a brand new design by Perry Homes which would fit our corner block perfectly. We were sold after our first initial meeting. After that everything just fell into place and l couldn’t be happier with the service Perry Homes provided us. Ben was very accomodating to my indecisiveness and was always quick to answer emails and update us through out the whole design process. Our site supervisor Brandon was nothing short than amazing. He constantly sent us updates, so we knew what was happening on site that day. He was super accomodating to any changes such as changing out kitchen cabinetry and was always quick to answer a text, call or email, even on the weekends. I cannot thank the team at Perry Homs; Ben and Brandon for building us our first ever beautiful home.
