Gone are the days that people want a house design with a formal dining room, instead people want more living space and an expansive outdoor entertaining area.
And with the increase of narrow lots on the market, we are keen to ensure that our clients don’t have to compromise on space when it comes to building their new home.
We have a variety of house designs suitable for narrow lots and have recently added the Malibu to this range. The Malibu series consists of three plans to choose from with either four or five bedrooms ranging in size from 195.78 sq m to 264.26 sq m.
A harmonious house design, the floorplan provides functional zoned living with three bedrooms to the rear of the property, including the master, and a further one or two bedrooms at the front – perfect for a guest bedroom or study.
The open plan living area consists of a kitchen with island bench and walk-in pantry, a dining area and a large living area, with the added benefit of a separate media room – perfect as a quiet oasis or a place to watch a movie with the family. The larger five bedroom home provides a third living space in the form of a separate rumpus room.
The master bedroom is generous in proportion and boasts a large walk-in robe and ensuite.
