Master Builders AwardThe ever popular Aspen 249, a four bedroom homes designed for a narrow lot, was judged as the best Display Home up to $250,000. Opened in October 2014, the display home at Kearneys Springs impressed the judges with its design layout, quality inclusions and value for money.

Master Builders’ Downs & Western Regional Manager Linda Rosengreen congratulated all 49 winners. “The standard we have seen this year is incredible and demonstrates the impeccable talent and expertise of our industry,” Mrs Rosengreen said.

“The Housing & Construction Awards provide an opportunity to recognise this talent, and it is great that after 28 years, they continue to be sought after by the state’s top builders and tradespeople.”

“Whilst receiving the award for best display home was a great achievement, we are even more excited about being one of the three finalists for the President’s Award,” said Managing Director of Perry Homes, David Perry.

The President’s Award is judged on a range of criteria such as quality of workmanship, degree of construction difficulty, external appeal, citing and aspect and amenities and aesthetics.
