After many years in the same display, we are delighted to open two new displays homes, one in Yamba and the other in Hervey Bay. The Terrace 248 is now on display in Yamba and the award winning Calypso 289 has opened in Hervey Bay. Because of the outstanding number of enquires we have been receiving from areas west of Tamworth, we have also opened a new display home in Gunnedah. All three displays showcase the latest in design and innovation, so if you are close, why not drop in and take a look for yourself? See below for more details.

We are also very happy to release a new house design onto the market. The Caprice 250 has been designed for traditional sized lots and features four bedrooms including a spacious master suite, separate media room, and study nook. Also included is the very popular walk-in pantry in the open plan kitchen. The plan is a modified version of the Caprice 240 on display in Cameron Park and is a result of feedback we have received from many of our clients. The Caprice 250 will be on display next month in Yarrabilba which is halfway between the Gold Coast and Brisbane. More details below.

There has been lots of media coverage about the pending federal election and just when the date will be announced, is anyone's guess. In the meantime, it appears the Reserve Bank is under pressure to reduce the Official Cash Rate when it meets on August 6th. According to HIA’s Senior Economist, developments with regard to inflation provide the RBA with considerable room to manoeuvre on interest rates. Let’s hope we get some good news in the next two weeks!
