Currently, first home buyers can benefit from both the First Home – New Home Scheme plus the First Home Owner Grant meaning that first home purchasers are exempt from stamp duty (on land valued up to $350,000) and are eligible to receive $10,000 towards their build costs.

If you have previously purchased a home and you are looking at building a new home, then the New Home Grant Scheme gives purchasers $5,000 towards the purchase of a new home.
